Carving Station
Chef carved-to-order herb and dijon crusted AAA top sirloin of beef, prime rib, beef tenderloin, pork loin, maple-glazed ham, or turkey with port wine reduction au jus. Served with assorted dinner rolls. Toppings to include: béarnaise, mayonnaise, caramelized onions, horseradish cream, roasted red pepper aioli.
Mashed Potato Bar
Create-Your-Own-Mashed-Potato
Roasted garlic and herb mashed potatoes alongside mashed sweet potatoes. Assorted toppings to include: wild mushrooms, cheddar cheese, salsa, sour cream, chives, spring onions, toasted pine nuts, & crispy pancetta.
Asian Station
Thai noodle stir-fry with vegetables, vegetarian fried rice, baby scallops, shrimp, chicken, tofu, and steamed rice. Korean beef and Korean short ribs accompanied by peanut, garlic, and green curry sauce. Served in miniature Chinese boxes.
BBQ Station
6oz Angus beef hamburger, hot Italian sausage, and in-house bourbon BBQ-glazed pulled pork. Comes with assorted fresh buns. Toppings to include: arugula, shredded cheese, caramelized onions, maple bacon crumble, tomato salsa, jalapeños, mango corn salsa. Sauces: roasted garlic aioli, tangy horseradish mustard and ketchup.
Indian Station
House mutter paneer and channa masala accompanied by vegetarian biryani, tandoori chicken satays, vegetarian samosa, and naan.
Poutine Station
French fries, beef gravy, vegetarian gravy (upon request), Montréal smoked meat, pulled pork, grated marble cheese, fresh curds, white vinegar, malt vinegar, ketchup, chili sauce, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
Fajita Station
Fajitas, tacos, and nachos, accompanied by: lime-tequila marinated chicken strips and chili con carne, grilled peppers, onions, refried beans, shredded lettuce, cheese,salsa, green onions, cilantro, sour cream, and guacamole.
Taco Station
Soft shell tacos filled with your choice of: lime-tequila chicken, Baja beef, and curried chickpeas. Toppings to include: shredded lettuce, onions, tomatoes, shredded cheese, salsa, and chipotle sour cream.
Pasta Station
Made-to-order pasta with our homemade marinara, alfredo, and vodka blush sauces. Topping to include: assorted roasted vegetables, Italian sausages, grilled chicken breast, shrimp, fresh parmesan, and chili flakes.
Omelette Station
Black forest ham, mushrooms, caramelized onions, tomatoes, spinach, marble cheese, breakfast sausages, bacon, homefries with fresh herbs, garlic and sautéed onions, waffles with fresh cream & berries, fresh pastries, muffins, tea biscuits, danishes, and croissants.
Slider Station
Mini gourmet all-beef and veggie burgers, mini in-house smoked pulled pork with mini rolls, shredded cheese, Swiss, roasted red peppers, caramelized onion aioli, arugula, pickles, and assorted mustards and ketchup.
Grilled Cheese Station
Assorted breads, Swiss, provolone, Havarti, marble and old cheddar cheeses, prosciutto, ham & Genoa salami, arugula, sliced tomatoes, red onion jam, mushrooms, pickles, assorted mustards, spicy ketchup.
Mac & Cheese Station
Served in martini glasses with the following toppings: smoked bacon, green onions, sautéed wild mushrooms, diced tomatoes, sour cream, and ketchup.
Antipasto/Harvest Station
A selection of Italian meats and sausages, marinated artichokes and mushroom salad, spliced olives, roasted red peppers, grilled zucchini and eggplant. assorted cheeses and tomatoes. These are accompanied with a selection of: crudites, Tuscan bean spread, lemon and red pepper hummus with tahina, spinach dip, and crisp pita triangles.
Cold Station
Caesar and house salad with our home made dressings, bacon bits, croutons, assorted fresh berries, cherry tomatoes, olives, fresh array of crisp baby vegetables.
Satay Station
Skewers of marinated beef, chicken breast, and fresh mini vegetables presented on hot marble stone with soy, spicy peanut sauces, and mango chutney for dipping, accompanied by an Asian noodle salad.
Assorted Sweets
Assorted mini cakes, pastries, and cupcakes accompanied by fresh fruit.
